Our founder, Marco Vasile, entered into the Real Estate Sales business in 2012. Since then, he became captivated with developing the highest level of efficiency to ensure a lead was never missed, all clients were given the highest level of service, and vendors and partners thoroughly enjoyed working with his team.
With this focus, Marco grew his business organically, earning repeat and referral business from his past clients and vendor relationships. What emerged were processes and systems that streamlined training and accountability for every level within the organization.
Through this passion and commitment, Executive Execution was born. After consistently hearing “I wish I could hire you to be my assistant” and “I wish you were on every deal” Marco realized he tapped into a niche market. The same statement came from other Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Attorneys, and countless other professionals that he had worked with.
Marco noticed a key trend amongst the most successful salespeople. Rainmakers focused all of their time driving the growth of their business through lead generation and cultivating relationships. Simultaneously, these top producers weren’t reaching their full potential because they were bogged down with trying to maintain organization as they grew. Their businesses didn’t have clearly defined procedures and efficient systems. In addition, they simply didn’t have the time to hire, train, and hold assistants accountable while advancing the trajectory of their success.
Marco has the enthusiasm for helping motivated business owners break through their ceiling of achievement. He created Executive Execution to enable him to offer his unique skill set to others. The goal is to share our strengths with business owners so they can continue to keep their foot on the pedal.
